Hi to all the newbies and as someone said the orginal ones. Hope Amy is having fun at the beach. I miss her. I try to keep up on the boards just by reading and not posting. It usually is late in the night. It is hard to stay away.

I just "spoke" to Pongo. She told me I sounded likie a 12yr old when I said I would spend some of my birthday money on a clock for my desk. She just asked me if I had checked my mailbox yet.

I said I'd have to wait til I removed the refining mask from my face 1st. I don't wanna age the neighbors, too!!!

Dick gave me a beautiful card and 100 bucks. I'm goin' SHOPPING!!!!! He's also taking out to dinner tonight, so I need a new number. You know the kind of which I speak.

Problem is, I REALLY want a new necklace, too. AND you only turn 40 once, right? AND, silly man, he gave me the credit card!

So what do y'all think? Clothes? Or jewelry? Or DARE I suggest both?

Well, technically, he gave me the credit card and didn't give me a spending limit, so I asked him for one. (I TOLD you i'm getting old.) I know there's a good chunk of change on the card since we never use it. So he still needs mental evaluation, I agree. I mean, really. The man has known me since I was 11 years old!
