reading log disign

My son is in kindergarten and has to keep a reading log that has the date and the title of the book he read (20 books per page). I thought it would be more fun to track if he had a reading log that was fun to look at. However, I am not that creative. Does anyone had a reading log disign they could share? He likes anything Star Wars or Disney. I think he will probably just write his name on it, but if you care to personalize his name is Andrew.

I think 20 per page for Kindergarten is alot but I guess the parent is doing most of the recording.
the border can be colored in with crayons or markers.
