? re: splitting stay

Just wondering - How many of you have split your stay between 2 resorts for as few as 4 nights total?

DD(14) and I are returning to WDW in April, and have res. at AKL, as we really missed it during our Dec. trip. Now, I'm thinking about splitting between AKL and the Poly or WL for a couple of days - haven't been to WL before, and have a hankering for the Poly.

We started out going to WDW every 2 years, then every year, now twice/year and we still can't get enough!! HELP!!!

a few yrs ago for a 4 nights stay I did this, The first night was the AKL, then the poly one night then for 2 nights did BWI. I didn't mind it but you have to remeber it was 2 adults doing that. If I had younger kids I would stick to one spot.

Thanks for the reply. It will be DD(14) and me only on this trip - my boys & DH are staying home! We have been on a girls-only trip twice before, and we usually go for EMH at the park, then lunch, back to the resort for a few hours, then dinner and back to the parks for the rest of the evening.

We just wondered if changing resorts (packing, moving, etc.) would be more trouble than it was worth for a 4-day trip?!
