Friends really interested in 300 pts. at BCV.....they were supposedly called about one from a agent but they never rec'd the call....guess they (agent) went to next person on list but then I SEE IT on line and whats up with that...called my friend but by then someone had made an offer...this contract was listed with 2 different agents...I will not name them...so should my friend do that??? we bought BWV from Dis so i have no clue about resales

We got on the list with several resale brokers. Only way to be sure you get as many resources as possible, in my opinion.
