Okay, I am in the process of begining to book for our trip to WDW in Nov/Dec of this year. I am seriously thinking of booking the dining plan this year since I have enough MYW park passes to do me for two more trips. Anyways now to my questions.
1/ Do I need to wait to book PS' until I actually have my room booked.
2/ DO they accept CC for Hoopdee doo musical review and then reimburse when I use the dining credit?
3/ am I likely to get PS for Hoopdee doo musical review now for Nov.

I guess what I really needed to know is am I able to arrange PS for Nov without having booked my ressies. Or should I wait until I have made a deposit and then book.

You can make AR's at 180 days regardless of whether you have booked or not. You just can't make all 10 days worth (or length of stay) in one day. You will have to keep calling back.

If you are on the dining plan when you call, they will not charge your credit card.

If you really want HDD, you can call now and reserve it, but since you aren't on the DP yet, they will charge your CC.

You mentioned you had enough park passes for two more trips. If you want to book the DP then you have to book a package, which will have to include at least one base MYW ticket for each person in your room.
