AAA agent just called! Our docs are in!!!
My DD's friend is coming w/us, but is listed in the room next door with my friend (I have my 2 kids listed w/me). Is there any way of having her charges (ie:smoothies, excursions) reflected on my bill, rather than my friend's? Or, if that isn't possible, are all charges at least itemized to the individual that made the charge by something on the KTTW that differentiates us all?

Each individual has their charges on their own KTTW card. You get an itemized statement for each KTTW card. You could go down and settle her account the day before the cruise ends. Alternatively, ask at guest services to attach your credit card to her KTTW card. Just be aware if you do this that she will have unlimited charging available on your card!
