It evidently isn't to the folks who administer the ADA... that was my only point.I suppose I didn't realise that the world's definitve source for disease definitions, the ICD-9-CM, wasn't enough to determine that it is a "disease" not a "condition." lol.
And my point with regard to that was just that they couldn't offer anything as a matter of policy, with a requirement that includes having proof of need, for the same reason that they cannot require proof of need for requests for handicapped rooms.If this is the question, then I agree. I don't think Disney should be required to do so.
