I have read some conflicting reports on fridges in the moderates. We will be staying at the CBR in May. Are the fridges standard now or do they need to be requested?

from what i have been told on here all the mods now have fridges and coffee makers

They are standard now and they always did have coffee makers at CBR.

Haven't I read that all Disney hotels now have refrigerators?

I think you still have to rent fridges in the value resorts.
