Re-entry fastpass?

Someone handed my family a re-entry fastpass for any ride at DHS. They were leaving and wouldn't be able to use it before it expires next week. On the back it says non-transferable but there is no name on it. Should I use it or no? I'm assuming they got it because a ride they were on broke down or something..

It's no different than someone back in the day handing someone else a paper FP because they wouldn't be able to use it
