Re-book on board?????

There is a cruise booking desk on board at which you can get a quote for and book your next cruise. If you do this, you usually get a 10% discount and $200 per stateroom credit (these figures are for the 7 day, not sure about 3 and 4 day). You can also transfer the reservation to a TA and thus take advantage of any offers they may have.

Two years ago, right before our first cruise, someone started a thread entitled:

"What was your biggest thing your regretted NOT doing on your cruise."

Over 85% responded the same thing: NOT rebooking on board.

On Xmas day 2003 we rebooked for Xmas week 2005, and with the discount, credit and early booking rate, we paid $1,000 less for the second cruise than the first one!

I live by the rule "It is better to learn from others mistakes than your own!"

Yeah I totally agree. On our 1st one we didn't b/c we weren't sure...well we booked another one several months later w/o the discounts.

On our last one we rebooked and might end up changing the date???

Great part is there is no penalty to change or cancel (before 70 or 90 days prior???). One thing to remember there is a $250 deposit per person but it's refundable if cancelled before a certain timeframe.

Goodluck!!!
