This is no doubt answered in the sticky, but I don't have time to read all 29 pages! If I receive a free dining pin and want to apply it to an existing reservation, will they have to rebook the package and charge me the new increased ticket price?

Your current reservation can easily be modified as long as what you want is available under the FD pin. The only time cancelling and rebooking is needed is when you go from one reservation type to the other (i.e., room only to package/package to room only). As far as ticket prices, I don't know for sure, but I have read posts that if you booked before the ticket price increase and modify your reservation after the increase, that you would be charged the new ticket prices. However, I don't have personal experience with that so I don't know for sure how that's handled. Hopefully someone will be able to give a more definite answer.

Yes, any change to your reservation at this point will incur the ticket price increase. One of the reasons I hoped to get the pin before the increase.
