ok we have points that will expire on july 1 how do we put them into rci to save them

any help will be appreciated.

When you say expire, do you mean these are already "banked points"??..smjj

Well I'm guessing that if they expire July 1st, they are past the point of being able to be banked, correct? So I guess op is asking how to get them into RCI where they can be kept for a couple years I think. But I haven't done that before, so maybe someone else can chime in.

I was guessing this also but you would be surprised how some people just to not understand the bank/borrow part of DVC. We have had to explain it more than once to people...smjj

yes these are points that are banked into the use year and will expire if I don;t do something with them

Really? The guide even explains that part when you purchase! He even said he might be calling me around banking time if I hadn't done anything with points by then! (Granted I'm a new purchaser, I'm sure they don't do that every year for everyone.) I guess we can not underestimate the general public, sigh.
