RCI keeps showing DVC resorts?????

So I have another timeshare that I mainly use for trading. I have had a separate RCI membership for 10+ years and would often use it to trade into DVC resorts. I also am a DVC member. I thought that DVC was now affiliated with Interval International and have looked at the II site through my DVC membership. I could understand if there was remaining inventory in RCI that needed to be booked from people having deposited points before 12/31/2021 (although, my experience is that DVC resorts disappear almost instantly). So today I was looking and now there is a week at Boardwalk available in July of 2022. Previous to today, I only saw Saratoga and Old Key West.

So what is going on? Why does new DVC availability keep popping up in RCI?

I am not familiar with booking through RCI, but if somebody cancelled a DVC resort reservation that was booked through RCI wouldn't the inventory go back into RCI?

The belief on TUG (which I share) is that DVC does not have to balance the books for deposits, but instead for exchanges confirmed. So, as the remaining points-on-deposit at RCI are used up, there will be some more inventory.

I expect it to start thinning out before too much longer, but there seems to be a healthy flow of things into RCI.
