RCI coming Interval going

I spoke with a DVC rep the other day and they said that Interval International is no longer going to be providing properties for DVC members, but now RCI will be. This is supposed to begin Dec 22nd of this year. Has anyone else heard of this change? If this is true, it is going to be a very good change since the amount of places available should increase drastically.

Any thoughts? Has anyone else heard of this major change?
