RCI cancellation question

I know if you cancel a RCI reservation 7-45 before the full number of Vacation Points used for the reservation will be returned into your RCI exchange account. But what about more the 45 days prior.? Do they go into your original use year and just pay a $95 cancellation fee???

Greater than 45 days is the same as if cancelled 7 to 45 days.
