RBC/Centura (U.S. branches) merger with PNC Bank

Looks-like they sold-their U.S. banking network to Pittsburgh's PNC Financial Services (PNC Bank).

A win from this deal is that once the merger officially closes, PNC customers will have all kinds of branch/ATM access from home all the way to Florida.
