When are the 2008 rates announced? Where is the place to see this announcement?

We are going Jan 4 - 11 or 12. I sent a message to Mouseketrips and they said they expect packages to be released on the 24th. I've seen messages stating the new reservation system would be up on the 23rd. So only one more week!

Spoke with a CM on Saturday she said "mid-summer"
