Rates for OKW Grand Villa

I am looking into getting the OKW Grand Villa 3/11 - 3/18 and will use my points to rent the villa. In order to offset costs to the others joining us they are going to help pay for my plane tickets. What is the cash rate for these dates so I can work this out fairly between our families? Thanks in advance!!!

Rack rate is $1520/day or $10640 for a week. It is probably more reasonable just to use your cost for the points you use (somewhere around $5000)

Not to rain on your parade, but if you are looking to get the Grand Villa for this coming year, your odds are not good. That's less than 3 months out, and Spring Break for many. You might want to work on a Plan B.
