Rates for DL and DLH For February 2009

Anyone know when the rates will be out for DL and the DLH for Feb. When do they usually offer the rate, "everyone plays for the kids price"? Are there any promo codes out for Feb yet at the DLH?

Called WDW a while ago. She told me I was three weeks early for booking for March 2009. Im assuming that this is the same for DLR.

I have been reading and people have said that September is probably when the rates for 2009 will come out, if you find anything else out I would love to know as I'm going there as well!

Maybe I will book a GN hotel and then I can always cancel if I find something better at DLH. I just want to know the prices on everything because I may book our trip through Costco again...did this pre-AP and it was a great deal.

I actually emailed Disneyland about this as I am planning a Feb 09 trip and they told me late August or early September the 2009 rates will be out and to just keep checking the website!
