Rates at Beach Club Villas?

I Cant wait!

I finally talked my sister and mom into going to Disney with me in January and I want to stay at the Beach Club Villas.

What I want to know is:

Has anyone gotten a discounted rate in January at the Villas?

What was the rate?

And is there anything special there that I need to know about.

Well, good question.

The answer is that I have no clue as to how to do that.

The rates listed for BCV for Jan 2003 are:
Studio: $289, One Bedroom: $390, Two Bedroom: $545 Per Night.
Points usually rent for $10 per point. The point schedule is as follows for January 2003:
Studio: Sun-Thu 12pts / Fri & Sat 22pts / Weekly 104pts.
One Bedroom: 22/45/200
Two Bedroom: 30/60/270
Using Sunday check in and Saturday check out as an example your cost per night would be:$137 for a studio, $259 for a one bedroom, $350 for a two bedroom.
I don't know what the AP discount would be so I really don't know if this is a great deal but I wish I knew about renting points when we used to go to WDW all the time paying rack rates .
The only problem you might have is availability. January is low point season so ressies go fast.
