Okie dokie, I'll research a little better on the Epcot restaurants and see what I can come up with. :)

I disagree! I remember hearing bad reviews about ABC Commissary in the past, but I think that has since changed. Anyway, we usual eat lunch there when we are at HS. I enjoy their chicken curry.

It's okay to disagree, but cold soggy fries, cool burger and slow service made an impact on me. I won't even walk by that place.

PS: I will add that I don't think that there are any good QS options at DHS and I would be going to either YC/BC or BWI to check out their options.

I can honestly say that I have never tried their burgers or fries. One of the reasons I like the ABC Commissary is because I can get something other than a burger and fries. After having a fair share of burgers and fries all week, it is nice to be able to go to a QS and get something different. But, as they say, "to each their own."

So I switched Nine Dragons dinner at Epcot to San Angel Inn lunch at Epcot. We'll do Liberty Inn for QS dinner, and have plenty of time for Illuminations.

New schedule....

Sat Sept 1st, San Angel Inn lunch at Epcot, Liberty Inn QS dinner at Epcot

Sun Sept 2nd, Magic Kingdom Kona Cafe lunch, QS Tomorrowland Terrace dinner

Mon Sept 3rd, Hollywood Studios Brown Derby lunch fantasmic package. QS dinner at ABC Commissary

Tues Sept 4th, QS meals at POR for breakfast and dinner, day spent at UIOA, lunch at Mythos

Wed Sept 5th, QS meal at POR for breakfast, lunch at beach, dinner at BOMA

Thurs Sept 6th, QS meals at POR for breakfast, lunch at Finnegans USF, dinner at Planet Hollywood DTD (OOP but DH has to have this!)

Fri Sept 7th, Animal Kingdom Rainforest Cafe for lunch, TREX DTD for dinner

Sat Sept 8th, Magic Kingdom QS lunch at Caseys Corner or Cosmic Rays....and Hollywood studios SCI FI dinner.

The food court at POR is great and has many options! We like eating there every now and then when we stay there.

To sswaka: I hadn't eaten a burger all week while I was there so this was my first one that trip. Ugh. I won't eat curry though either. I was with four others and we all got something different from one another and all five of us agreed that we wish we'd gone somewhere else. Glad you like it, but you can't drag me back in there.

Hey OP... you can make your Mythos reservations at opentable.com

I've always wanted to try Finnegans....

Have a wonderful visit !

I did! I went to the Universal website and it took me right to it. No fighting for reservations there unlike Disney, lol.

May 2012... we saw the Open Table sign...we did not have ressies but had a 45 minute wait... (went through an attraction to pass the time)

Have a magical visit !

Hello Ohno....

Well - I'm not a Big Park Hopper Fan.... IMHO... park hoppers are for ppl who:

1. Go to WDW ALL the time
2. Don't "get" the Disney magic and just want to ride roller coasters
3. Have no children

I have to disagree with this one. We went last November for the very first time and we used the Park Hoppers almost EVERY day. We have 4 kids and it was the ONLY way we could maximize our time. AK closes at 5pm, so we stayed there all day, had dinner and then went to a different park for evening hours.

We're going back this November and loved the park hoppers so much that we purchased them again for our next trip in November. We are spending a day in HS, then walking to Epcot (or riding the boat) for dinner one night.

I also think it depends on where you stay. Our first trip (as a family) to the World we stayed at Pop! and did not do hoppers. Did not really miss them since you had to take a bus to wherever you went. Since that time, we stayed at BCV once and our home resort (BLT) twice. When you stay walking distance from one of the parks, you really appreciate the Park Hopper passes.
