Rate increase using Alamo Insider's

Has anyone experienced this? I see an increase of over $20.00 when I log in to our Insider's account, try a Costco or BJ's discount. I was trying to use these codes for the free driver. I would have thought our dates resulted in a blackout of sorts since I cannot use any of my coupon discounts as well. But, we are trying to book cars for three completely different dates in different cities. It is happening with all of them. All of the coupons state "full capacity"
