When I go to Mearstransportation.com and put in my Resort address and that I want to go to Universal Studios it comes up like this"

1 way 2 Adults Date XX/XX/XXXX
Flat Rate:
Luxury Sedan $41.00
Luxury SUV $51.00
Luxury Van $51.00

I can't find the Rate for the Shuttle Service(like you get at the Airport).
How do I find the Rate??. Does anyone know how much it cost?? TIApixiedust:

The shuttle is only to/from the airport. For points within Orlando, it is car service, which runs about the same price ($20/pp) anyway unless you want to upgrade.

I have taken a Mears shuttle bus from WDW to Uni several times.

$20, pp r/t using Mears shuttle between WDW and US/IoA. I've used it many times. You need to call Mears no less than the day before to make a reservation.

Is it similar to DME, in that they will pick you up 3 hours before your flight home? When you arrive at they airport do you have to wait to fill up a bus (or is it a smaller van?) Thanks! I am thinking of using this in January, but don't know much about it.

I've used Mears from the Dolphin and I don't remember being picked up 3 hrs prior...more like 2.5 but I could be wrong. But when it's time for me to leave, I'm not quibbling over 30 mins.
For the ride to WDW? Yes, they tend to wait a bit. I had made reservations prior to arrival. When I got there, I checked in at the podium and was told to take a seat, they would call me when they had an opening. A van was currently loading and looked pretty full. But I was put in the van at the last minute. Then, it took about 50 mins to get to the Dolphin....we made about 4 stops outside of WDW proper. It was actually quite enjoyable. Our driver was fun and informative.
If speed is important to you, I would book a car service.

i've been looking for rates on a shuttle from a Disney hotel to a Universal hotel and then to the airport a few days later. All roads seem to point to Mears, but their website does not have this information.:furious: I would be moving from one hotel to the other and will have luggage so the regular day-shuttle wouldn't work. I have found some rate info on the airport website, but it doesn't state explicitly what the rate to a Universal hotel would be, only specifies International drive. It is like it is some great mystery!

Any help would be appreciated.

It is not an option to book it via the website then or else I am missing it. When I was looking into it a couple of weeks ago for switching from Royal Pacific to Caribbean Beach, my only option was the town car.

I took the Mears shuttle to Portofino Bay resort to and from the airport a month ago. I booked it on line, and the rate was $32 per adult for round trip. I was there for a meeting, and there was a $3 discount for our group. According to the website, it was $20 for one way. This is the link to the website:https://secure.mearstransportation.com

I think I booked my ride from WDW to US/IoA via the DreamsUnlimited special deal. Booked online that way. Sorry.
You can call them and book a ride from WDW to US/IoA.
