I'll just comment on what I've enjoyed recently (eg last Fall):
#3 BOG lunch/Peco Bills dinner: my fav lunch entree at BOG lunch (and a fav on the Boards) is the braised pork. Consistently tasty & tender. The strawberry cupcake is very good for dessert./Peco Bills dinner: I really enjoyed the menu update here. If possible, go right at opening or shortly thereafter to better ensure a clean/fully stocked fixins bar before too many little hands get into the bowls. I had the steak fajita and with all the fresh toppings at the bar it was excellent. A word of warning: when they hand you to the steak fajita on your plate at the counter it is nasty looking. Really. Nasty. Looking. Just grey twizzly meat strips in a fajita wrap. However, once you pile it high with the fresh guac, sour cream and veggies at the bar, it is very good. But next time, think I'd opt for the chicken fajita just to avoid that initial eye shock at the counter that the steak fajita induced.
#6 La Cantina lunch/Biergarten dinner: I love the pollo cascabel here but I always ask them for the sauce on the side & there is no problem with that. It gives me the option of using it as a dipping sauce rather than having my entree drenched. Nachos are prob the most popular order here. NB if hot outside, you can go into the adjacent Hacienda restaurant for air-conditioned seating. I always eat on the patio overlooking the lagoon but check your seat before planting yourself as sometimes they are soaked from being hosed down earlier that morning & a wet bottom ain't fun./Biergarten dinner: if possible, try to make your ADR for opening or shortly after as this place backs up with seating the later into the evening you go. I always enjoy the buffet here & the floor show is fun. Be sure to check online for showtimes (just google Biergarten Epcot show times) and if possible, make your ADR for approx 30 mins before the show starts so you have a better chance of being seated and getting your first plate at the buffet before it starts.
#8 Yak & Yeti Lunch/Sanaa dinner: Yak & Yeti is a fav of mine. Don't be afraid to go with an appie for lunch if you aren't terribly hungry or if nothing on the entree list appeals. My fav appies are the wok fried green beans and the dim sum basket. Whatever you do, don't miss the best dessert in all of WDW. Even if you have to share, make sure to get at least 1 order of the Fried Wontons dessert. Absolute heaven. If you don't want to order an alcoholic drink at lunch, check out their non-alcholic cocktails. The desert pear sparkling water is excellent & a decent price.ps the theming here is incredible. But don't let them seat you in the covered patio area. Minimalist theming, cramped & you feel like you've been stuck at the kids table. Ask to be seated in the main dining area or upstairs (if the upstairs is open). /Sanaa dinner: since you are a larger group, you should have no difficulty requesting a window table at check-in and getting it to see some birds/a few animals. If this is a priority for you, be sure your ADR is at restaurant opening so you still have some light to see the grounds. Maybe check sunset times for Orlando for the week you will be there. The full bread service appie is not to be missed. Just get it. Wonderful. I had the steak last Fall and while a very good quality strip, the butter knob on the top was a bit too spicy for my palate and if I was going to order it again, I'd ask for the butter topper to be served on the side in a small dish. It simply over-powered the flavour of the steak. And it was a decent quality steak. The dessert trio is very popular but my fav is the seasonal kulfi. Always incredible. Enjoy!
