Rate charts for past years?

Somewhere I saw rate charts that showed the hotel rates for past years but I can't seem to locate it? I am hoping that the Swan/Dolphin will offer Government rates or that Disney rates will drop for May 18-25 next year. Does anyone know what the chances are?
