Ratatouille: The Adventure! Opening Soon!?!?

Disney Parks Blog released a video about what the experience of the ride will be, is this an indication of the ride opening soon? When do you think it will be safe to open a E-ticket attraction?

I would be surprised if it opens before 2021 even if complete (maybe the expansion area opens up to pedestrian traffic and the new crape shop opens with non international employees)

My cousin was there a couple of weeks ago and they were speaking with a manager at Epcot. She asked if there might be a surprise opening of Ratatouille while they were there. The manager said no. She then asked when he thought it might open. He said they do have that information, but they’re not allowed to share it.
