Ratatouille soft opening and AP questions

Hi all!
I hope that some of you can help me. I moved to Paris 3 months ago, sadly I still haven't found time to visit the parks yet, which is a shame. However I know, that I have to go soon to experience Ratatouille before it opens to the public. So, currently I have tons of questions.
1.) Do you know when soft-opening starts for APs? And are those dates only reserved to Dream APs or do Fantasy APs get them too? I am still unsure about which pass I should buy.
2.) I am planning to buy my pass from ce-multiavantages. Is this a secure site with a good reputation? And if I buy one now, does that mean it starts today or does it start on the day I first enter the parks?
3.) Do I have to reserve in advance to visit the soft opening days or do you just show the CMs your pass and they'll let you through?

Dates haven't been released yet as far as I know as Shareholders will be invited too and nothing has come through yet.

I know people have purchased AP's from CE and had no problems.

I purchase passes from ce multiavantages before they stopped selling to the UK. I had no problem with them. You receive a voucher which you have to exchange in the park for your annual pass and it starts on the day you exchange it. I can't help with the questions about the preview I'm afraid.
