Is it true that if go on ratatouille ride every day your staying at of the one disney hotels it different each day your go on the ratatouille ride.

There are 6 rats in the loading area at a time and they set off in groups of 3. Each rat takes a slightly different path. We rode in rat number 6 three different times and it took the same path. When we rode in a different numbered rat it took a slightly different path. You can not ask to be in a specific rat though, you have to go to the one that the CM tells you to go to.
