Ratatouille Restauant

Just wanted to say 'thank you' to my new disboard friends. Had dinner at Les Chefs this week. Met Remy - adorable! And dinner was delicious.

Thanks to this thread I have added chefs du france to our ADR list for next week (somehow I have been able to get any reservation I try to get this trip :confused3 ) -- I hope wee remy is still there, the girls would get a huge kick out of this :)

Does anyone know what times remy comes out. I can get a ressie at 5pm, but I was wondering if that would be too late for remy

Someone posted the info on Page 1. Appearances between 12:20pm - 5:20pm from Monday - Saturday. He gets Sundays off. ;)

And if there are any technical difficulties, Remy may not appear at all. That has happened, as well.

We just returned from our trip and had lunch with Remy. Our reservation was for 2:30pm and he came to our table shortly after we arrived. Unfortunately our meal was a disaster. The french onion soup was good, and the choux pastry. Pretty much everything else was terrible. My husband kept saying he had a strange aftertaste in his mouth from the quiche. The kids meals were chicken tenders and pasta and they never brought the sauce for them. Poor kids ate cold, unflavored noodles. We asked several times for them to bring it. Our server never brought my meal we had to wait for another of the waitstaff to notice I wasn't eating. It took almost two, yes two, hours for us to have lunch. For reference, the restaurant was almost empty and there were plenty of staff standing around.

Remy was fantastic, but not worth the stress of that meal.

Good luck, I hope you have a better experience.

We just made ADRS here for our upcoming trip next month. I hope to catch a glimpse of Remy, if not hoping for a nice lunch anyways:thumbsup2

Just be aware that at Les Chefs de France, Remy is rat-sized and not Mickey-sized. It's not a character meal like the others where giant oversized characters come to your table. Remy comes around to each table on a serving dish and communicates through gestures with the table he is visiting.

My kids had met giant Remy at the studios a few years ago and then in August we went to Les Chefs de France. They wanted to know why Remy was big before and is small now. I told them he must have gone to Pixie Hollow and forgot to get "blown up" again. They didn't buy it, but I didn't explain any more.

that was s good try:rotfl:,A for effort:cool1:

We have our ADR for 1:20. The CM said that he came out at 1:40. My question is: Do they put a remy on every table, or is it just one put out and everyone has to go to where he is to see him?

There is only one Remy, not one for every table. He sits on a wheeled cart pushed around by his "maitre'd" (a comic actor). He visits your table. You don't go to him, you wait for him to get to you.

I just made a 6pm reservation for here and I was told that he also comes out at 6 something so we should see him then as well. (April 16th)
