Ratatouille Queue Pass Cancel Park Reservation

If I have a Ratatouille virtual queue with a higher group that I know will not be called until after the 2 PM park hopping time. Can I cancel my park reservation to Epcot then add another reservation to another park then go back to park hop to Epcot? Bottom line if I cancel the Epcot reservation will it remove the Ratatouille pass?

I saw one person do this with rise of the Resistance just before they switched over to standby and it did work. Mainly, the system only checks at the time you try for a boarding group if you have a reservation. I don't know if Disney has added More checks to Remy, so there's a chance for a different outcome, but it should work.
