Rare Characters??

hey im new here and do not know if this is the right thread, if so, sorry but im wondering where to find rare charcters if anyone knows where they are?

for example: characters such as villians, the dwarfs and charcters from splash moutain

The Villians used to be in the MK and DHS parades but no moreI've seen some villians in DHS by the Sorcerer's Hat for autographs.
During Fantasmic's finale you will see a huge number of characters on the paddle boat as it makes it's way around the lagoon. Most of the couples are there in one spot which is great for pictures.
Rare characters? we've been fortunate and found some in the Kodak store next to Tony's in MK and I just read on another board that Abu will be in the MK parade--I don't think we've ever seen him since Aladdin was newIf you'd shout out some specific characters it would be easier for us to tell you.....

We were lucky to see Brer Bear and Brer Rabbit in front of Animal Kingdom (the area between the bad check and ticket turnstiles) back in February. Good to see them out and about! Other unusual characters can pop up here, too, like Ratcliffe and Flik.

Finding rare characters can be a matter of precise planning! The special events like the Halloween parties have rare characters, such as the dwarfs. I know the ToonTown Train station can have rare characters (usually in the middle of the day, between 11:00-noon, or 1-2 ish, roughly) but this location is VERY seasonal! It was used alot back in January-early February, not sure how much since then.

Others here have reported seeing rare characters inside the Animation Building at Hollywood (MGM) Studios, sometime around I think 5:00ish in the afternoon (not sure). Jafar, the Queen from Snow White, Cruella, etc. But I don't think this happens every day - matter of luck and timing!

Sometimes the area near the Character Spot (the hall outside the exit to the characters) at Epcot can have some unusual ones like Max and Marie.

So the rare ones can pop up - sometimes it is so dependant on timing and what time of year you are there! Have fun character hunting!

Ok, this thread is making me wish I had a trip planned!

Last Saturday we were in the Animation Bldg and were suprised at all the "rare" characters we saw. We met Snow White's Queen, Jafar, Gov Ratcliffe and 3 Robin Hood characters. We also found Aladdin and Jasmine, Pluto, Mickey, the Bolt guys (on their last day) and Frozone in there.I've never seen so many characters at the same time. We stumbled upon a very large and fun group! Good luck finding them!
