RapidReward Discount Seaword Tix ???

Does anyone know if you need the card or just your account number? I have a number but the card has not arrived yet.

You need the card to get the discount. You can print a copy of the card if you login to your Rapid Rewards account on the Southwest website.... once you login in with your number, there is a link called "Print Membership Card" under Account Services.

I've never tried to get a discount anywhere using the paper card, but I don't know why you couldn't use it.
