Rapid Rewards Changes

Just got an Email from Southwest that they are increasing the number of points required for Wanna Get Away awards from 60 to 70 points per dollar effective March 31st, 2014. May want to book those award flights before the increase!

I got it as well Hopefully by March we will know if we are taking a trip anywhere next year.

It doesn't sound like a drastic change, and they still have a great reward system in place. I earn more reward points from e-rewards and the dining rewards. I've booked my next round trip flight with those points earned. So it's taken very little from my pocket to earn a free flight.

That is a 16.6% increase. Sure Glad there No Inflation out there and that our wages are going up to keep up.
