Rapid Refill and switching to VB

Husband and I will spend a few nights at WDW prior to our stay non DVC resort. We will get the quick service plan with the refill mug. Can we use it at VB? Someone a CM says it is possible birthday was some time ago.

Yes, in May we bought the mug for the duration of our BW/VB 10 day trip. You can use the mugs at VB pool quick service area and get coffee outside of Shutters in the mornings.
