He refused to rank Boardwalk. We stayed there this year...hated every moment.

You will love AKL! It is my favorite. Our last two trips were spent there and my DD asked for a new hotel so we are surprising her with BWI. Nervous, because we LOVE akl! Enjoy it!

We really liked BC (stayed there several times) when the kids were younger: they liked the pool. Now they don't really use the pools and they prefer BWI for the atmosphere. POFQ is just so convenient and the rooms are nice.

I would stay at any of them again but Saratoga Springs. I just didn't like the layout of the room. Even with a cheap points rental, we just can't bring ourselves to go back there. As you can see, we prefer a suite/villa setup.

For pure wonderful experience, our 3 days at the contemporary theme park view was awesome and a real dream come true. If you want to stay in a regular room, there's nothing better!!

The only Deluxe I have stayed at is in CA.
The Disney Hotel is absolutely awesome! Great memories!

1. Poly (food, room comfort, pool, theme, monorail)

2. BC (pool, room comfort, board walk)

3. POR (theme/grounds, price, comfy in royal rooms, food court)

4. WL (theme, boat...room too small and dark)

5. GF (monorail, room size...but we really disliked the theming and food outside of signatures)

GF--but before the tragic pool "upgrade"
Poly--1990-2007
BLT and BC are a tie for 3rd
AKL
BWI--The cottages only

We were unimpressed by CSR and WL (too much like every resort in Wisconsin!)


All in all, our family feels that while prices have gone up substantially, the quality of experience at the resorts has not.
