Rank Quest Items By Value

I just need some help trying to gauge the value of some of these items. Since value is a matter of opinion, I would like several people to answer so I can get a better understanding of the values of these items. Rank them from most valuable to least valuable. Also, for the Haunted Mansion items, I'm asking about the ones from the quest (also, can someone tell me what the color of each of the HM quest items is?). And I believe some of these have become buyable. Can you tell me which have, as well? Thanks a lot! Here is the list:

I think Alionette got it right the first time. I just think Pumpkin should be closer to snowman since timeframe is so similar. Great job Alionette

For the organ and the rocking chair, I was talking about whichever ones you get from the quest cards. What color are those? And yes, I was talking about the new DLR quest pumpkin. Thanks for the input

the rocking chair i believe is the one you can buy. some were red rocking chairs but they fixed itt. so basically put the organ above the kali couch and you'll have the worth and np on the input
