Randy's Mobility ?

Hi everyone
I just booked an ECV rental with Randy's for my grandmother, she is checking into CSR around 11:00 PM on 9/19, so on the reservation I asked that someone deliver as early as possible on Saturday 9/20.....does anyone know if this will be something that will be handled early that morning or does it usually take all day to get your rental delivered??? I called to ask what the latest time they deliver was and she told me 5:00 so we will have to wait until the next day to get it delivered....:confused3 :confused3
 
I just booked for the first time with them. I was told that I had to call and talk to the delivery guy the night before I needed it delivered (in my case 9/6/08) and arrange a time the next morning. The earliest they deliver is 7:30 am. I told the lady I wanted to be there for rope drop at MK, so the lady told me to ask if it would be possible to have him come at 7 am... :thumbsup2 We'll see what happens. I'm flying in around 7 pm on 9/6/08 so I hope they can deliver it early on the 7th.
 
We rented from Randy's and they delivered us a new chair at 9:00 PM at the park when ours broke down so maybe they can deliver the evening you arrive. I would call and ask. But they are a very good company.
 
Just got back on Monday - had a Randy's Mobility ECV for 2 weeks. We phoned when we arrived (evening) and they brought my ECV to the hotel at about 7.30 the next morning. The next day I called to request an ECV that would fit in the trunk of our hire car and they came the same day and exchanged it. Then that one stopped working for some reason and they brought another. Never any problems or delays - extremely obliging. I would certainly recommend them - good prices and great service.
BTW they have someone manning the phones until late evening so, if your grandmother can call the evening she arrives, I'm sure they'll get the ECV to her early the next morning. She could maybe call before she gets to the hotel - they usually bring it to your room but, if she doesn't know her room number when she calls, she could meet them in the lobby.
 

We rented from Randy's a few weeks ago (wonderful company) we arrived at approximately 3am (flight delays) and I called at 8am and they delivered by 9am. GREAT company, no complaints, wonderful service- highly recommend them.
 
Let me look for my coupon for Randy's i have rented from them several times. I found less expensive, but they are the best for service and making sure you know eveerything about the scooter before they leave you. They will teach you the speeds, back up, turning key off taking it with you, how to charge and how to take it apart to load. For Grandma to get on and off the bus transportation I would say if she has not used them alot in local stores to allow someone in the party with patience to take it in and park it. Let ehr sit on the seat with you all.
