Randy Contract?

Hello,

I got in touch with Randy a couple of weeks ago to book him for my wedding next year. He sent an email back saying he was free to cover it
I sent him a reply back asking what to do next but haven't heard from him since. I am not sure if we are supposed to fill in the contract and send it back? And how much is the deposit? When I've looked on the contract it has a part where you put the breakdown of the cost, do we fill that in or does Randy?
Does anyone know what to put in the part where it asks "studio services to include:"??
I've tried calling Randy but haven't been able to get in touch. Any help is much appreciated... I don't want to lose my date...

Yes, you do fill out the contract. I think the deposit is different depending on the package. I got package 2. I sent him 1/3 of the total bill. I did my own breakdown and faxed it to him last Saturday. I have found that he is slow to reply back on e-mail, so it is better to call. Hope that helps!

Yes it is 1/3 of your total when you send in your contract. Then the another payment 5 months before your wedding date, and the final payment is due one week before. Randy usually takes a few days to answer his emails, but you can also call the studio. Linda, his wife is very helpful and I'm sure she will be able to answer any questions you may have.

I have Randy booked for my Vow Renewal (already!). I have the basic three hour package with an extra hour later for my dessert party. I paid half of the total price (including tax) when I sent back my contract and the other half is due on the day. How much you pay may, of course, depend on what package you book.
