Well actually the MK is the worst-executed Magic Kingdom in the world, next to HKDL.
I still like it, but it pales in comparison, to say, DLRP.

My hands down favorite WDW park is probably Animal Kingdom. It's absolutely stunning. The details in every land (even -gag me- DinoLand, USA) are astounding.
Finding Nemo: The Musical is an excellent production.

The first time I saw the Tree of Life in person, I gasped at how gorgeous and huge it was.

Oh I saw Wishes from atop the Contemporary hotel when we dined at the "rooftop" California Grill.
It was freakin' amazing from that height.

My favorite Disney park in the world, though?
Is Tokyo DisneySeas. There's a "volcano" in the middle of the park that they actually have spewing out fire every now and then.
The details in that park are /jaw dropping/.

I can't wait to see it for myself one day. Yes, even if the Tokyo parks are technically not owned by Disney, but by OLC, the Imagineers are paid a lot more, and OLC doesn't budget cut like Disney Parks, US does.

Do you know they are making a new Resort right next to the Contemporary Hotal called The Bay lake Tower and they will have rooms that face the castle so you can sit in your room and see the Castle and the Wishes show.

Sorry to post again in a row, but my favorite Magic Kingdom park in the world is Disneyland Paris. From their castle to the giant audio-animatronic dragon underneath it, it's beautiful.

Do you know they are making a new Resort right next to the Contemporary Hotal called The Bay lake Tower and they will have rooms that face the castle so you can sit in your room and see the Castle and the Wishes show.

It's actually a DVC resort, where people can use their points to stay in villas.

You will not be disappointed. We were there for 3 hrs but with the amazing food, and the fact they timed the courses so the main course wouldn't come until after Wishes (which was at 10!), it felt like no time at all.

The sushi and flat breads are amazing!!

You can do that at the Contemporary now with an MK room.
It's the closest resort to the parks, it looks like your practically on top of the MK.
Plus it's only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Believe it or not the monorail would actually be a longer time, because it's right next to the TTC and it goes the other way around.
The quickest resort monorail is the Poly to the Park, I believe. I could be wrong.
