hows the weather jan?

Its great outside today! I was out for half the mornin' and afternoon out at my uncles office getting my back adjusted! My back, hips and my neck feel so much better, lol. The weather is good altogether today in L.A.! Its been kinda cloudy since this morning, but where I live the sun is out a bit. We're getting a nice breeze here.

My flu is gone, but my time of the month is here. .

My flu is gone, but my time of the month is here. .

Well it's good that the flu's gone, but that sucks too!
Just take advil or whatever and you'll feel better =)

Advil.. I've never tried that yet with this. Does it work wonders? Lol. I'm asking cause when I had the flu, my dad offered me Advil and I said sure, and it worked wonders!

It's amazing. When I still did sport training and I'd end up hurting everywhere, I just took an advil and POOF! it would be gone!
So if you get headaches or cramps, they'll be gone for sure.
