Just got back from a 10 day trip and man did those bubble blower guns they sell go over HUGE with my kids! I've heard of people bringing bubbles to use in lines to occupy their kids and never planned on that for us but my 3 year old twins caught site of the bubble guns and we bought some while waiting for DH to ride 7DMT with ODS. They loved those things and kept using them all day. And the kids and CMs all around loved them too. My 6 year old wanted in on the action so he got one the next day as well.

Of course within a day there were no more bubbles. One of the CMs told me I could use dish detergent with water but it just never quite worked the same. So for future trips we will definitely plan to bring extra bubbles. Especially since we also seem to have at least a gallons worth hanging out around the house.

HTH someone.

I've seen a lot of little ones having fun with the bubble guns at the park, but it's usually out in open areas. I've only seen them being used in lines a couple of times. Fortunately I think most parents realize some people don't care for them or are allergic to the chemicals in the bubbles. Out in the open it is easier to avoid them than in lines.

Oh please don't do that in lines. Please.

3 year olds love to have a good time, but that doesn't mean we should give in to every way they like to have a good time.

Bubbles in queues. Soap residue sticking to your hair, skin, camera lenses, electronic devices, eyeglasses. Yep, truly magical.

I have to agree, please don't use them in lines. Use them only where people can get away from them if they want. I wouldn't want bubbles on my glasses, or on my phone, or on my camera. And some people have an allergy to the solution.

Love the bubbles, not so much in line. My two year old is allergic unfortunately and while that's absolutely not your problem, we can't really escape the line.

We didn't use them in lines. I just read other people mentioning to bring them for that reason and since we hadn't planned on using them in line we didn't bring any.

But they sell those bubble guns everywhere and used them when waiting outside a ride or walking through the parks.
