It has good painkilling properties.
Smoking it as is bad for you as smoking 5 cigarettes.
It can cause physcological damage.
And there is a huge debate on wether or not it leads to harder drugs.

Yep, so I heard in Europe that more people smoke cigarettes over there then in America. That must be a lot, because a lot of Americans do it over here.
