Speaking as a best friend of someone who was raped, this irritates me greatly. That being said, I honestly do not think she meant to be insensitive. I do, however, believe that she needs to be very careful about how she phrases things.

I hate it when celebs say they get tired of all the fame and papparazzi.
Uh, then don't be a celebrity. I used to want to be a celeb, and now I don't.

I love Emma Watson but it annoyed me when she was mad about students at Brown University asking her about Harry Potter because she was tired of being known for it.
It's 8 movies, a phenomenon, with millions of fans, if you don't want to be known for a big part in it, why did you agree to do it? You should expect that.

Then again I guess it kind of sucks if you love music or acting, then you kind of have to become kind of famous to make money.
