Amanda's Jacuzzi - A talk-show where Amanda Bynes is in a jacuzzi with a guest, who is either fictional (such as Santa Claus), famous, a deceased historical character (such as Elvis Presley), or a random character such as the "Swiss Guy". She asked them two normal questions about themselves, and then a ridiculous one. The puzzled guest would reply, "No", and then Amanda asks, "How about a plate of spaghetti?" Dwarf waiters then served Amanda and the guest spaghetti, and the guest usually say something silly but appropriate, such as King Henry VIII saying "Long live the me."

The Procrastinator - A superhero spoof where Amanda played a heroine called The Procrastinator, who would respond to people's cries for help by saying, very triumphantly, that she would get to solving the problems "Eventually"!, and do nothing, despite the helpless citizens' pleas.

Stop Motion Amanda - A stop motion Amanda does wacky things, often with a pet dog named Scooper.

The Literals - A family that takes expressions literally. For example, when they visit another family, the girl asks for a punch and Leslie (Bynes) punches her. When the dad asks Mrs. Literal to hold a glass for a second, after 1 second, she drops it. When the father says "You Literals kill me!", they grab something to kill him, but the camera cuts it off. Incidentally, in one episode, they are told to give someone a hand. Instead of literally giving him a human hand, they simply applaud.

The Lucklesses - A family that always experiences horrible luck, including being struck by lightning or getting money stolen. Usually when something bad happens to them, someone in the family will say 'What are the odds of that', and the father will say 'I don't know'.

The Wrestlebergs - A family of professional wrestlers, whose home represent a ring. (The father and son are representations of WWE wrestlers The Blue Blazer and Goldust).

Marcy Stimple - An absent minded girl (played by Nancy Sullivan) who always gets crazy.

The People Place - The store run by Amanda where different kinds of people are sold.

Miss DeBoat - A teacher with short black hair and horn-rimmed glasses (played by Nancy) who becomes the target of numerous sketches, such as Judge Trudy, Tony Pajamas, and even was the teacher for students who have gifted powers for which she does not approve of.

The episode starts as a crowd of fans trying to get into The Amanda Show, and Penelope Taynt, who is a 12-year-old Amanda fanatic and puts the word "please" at the end of almost every sentence, would do anything to meet Amanda. Meanwhile, Amanda makes her entrance by a helicopter. But when the pilot falls asleep, Amanda has to jump out of the plane and lands on the set. Kenan Thompson and Josh Server (who have worked with Amanda from All That), deliver Amanda a pizza and wish her luck on her new show. Then, The Amanda Show starts its first sketch with Judge Trudy, who favors the children and gives out ridiculous sentences to adults. Then we meet The Klutzes, a family whose members always break things and say "Not a problem".

After that, there's a Hillbilly Moment, which features two hillbillies, Lula Mae (Amanda Bynes) and Eenis (Drake Bell), who are always telling ridiculous knock-knock jokes, and then we visit Totally Kyle, which features Kyle (Drake Bell), a laid back hippie surfer. Penelope carries over 50 phones with her so she can try to win a dinner with Amanda in a radio contest. She wins, but then when the radio phones her back, she doesn't know which phone to pick up. First, Judge Trudy gives a punishment and a consequence to parents Mr. and Mrs. Fima who cut son Jason Fima's allowance and Mrs. Drummell who sent her daughter Amy to her room. Secondly, we show a sketch of "The Girls' Room" while Sheila, Tammy, and Debbie are voting for Amber. When Caroline has not decided who she is voting for, Sheila gives her a swirly and finally gets her to vote for Amber. Danielle Spencer and Amber lastly drop out of the race and give the support to Jamie Bradford. We pay another visit to Souper Dooper, but this time they are selling weird soups now.

Penelope tries to break into Amanda's room by sitting in a cannon and fire. She lands exactly but only with Drake in the room. When Amanda gets to the stage, she tells a joke but the audience doesn't understand a word she says because they don't speak English, so she has to spend her time teaching them. There is also a tense game of So You Wanna Win Five Dollars? with Marcy Stimple (Nancy Sullivan) and Kyle from the Totally Kyle skit as contestants. Then we pay another visit to the famous video store, Blockblister. Today the Biokey family rip off the customer with "Tidanic" and an exercise video with Blini and Biscotti saying "lie down" and "sit up" over and over again while eating a pizza. After that, a family welcomes their new babysitter (Amanda Bynes), who is "professional" but actually acts like a baby.

Penelope and Preston try to clone Amanda by using a toenail they found in the trash can. First, we pay another visit to the famous video store, Blockblister. Today the Biokey family rip off the customers with homemade spoofs of "Screams", "Star Trek", and "The Brady Bunch". Stanley, Drake's character, has a problem at school with a new student named Wanda, who acts and looks like a wicked witch. Then we see another Hillbilly Moment, where Lula-Mae is annoying Eenis. Melody (Amanda Bynes) and Thad (Drake Bell) go to a restaurant to sing for the people, but their songs, 'The Bald Song' and 'Eatin' in a Restaurant' seem to offend and annoy the people who are eating. This episode is also the finale for Season 1.

An advert for Popper Pants, popcorn that you can make in your pants, is shown. A new lot of contestants are locked in a car in yet another episode of Stranded. And more unsatisfied customers complain to the owners of Blockblister Video, but the owners don't see anything wrong with the video.

Amanda is taking a nap today, so Josh and Drake do the audience greeting instead, but the audience only want Amanda! There is time for a commercial message from Ham, the great new toy for boys and girls! Plus, Blockblister rents another high quality movie to an unsuspecting customer. Today, it's the F Men! We cross to the basement of Sharon and Toby for an edition of The Dare Show and there is another Hillbilly Moment featuring a pink toilet and Kyle describes a dream he had about breakfast in Totally Kyle.
