Random Thomsons flight question...

We are flying to WDW with Thomsons in September and we have extra leg room seats each way but I wondered what the plane will be like?

Do they have individual TV's or one in the aisle you have to watch? As I say we have extra leg room seats which I am relived about as I HATE being squished in the airplane seats! Also, will the plane have 1 or 2 aisle? Anyone been recently?

Hi

You will get everything on the list for Economy if you Google "Thomson Long Haul"

You will have individual IFE screens, there will be a choice of films there and back, plus TV programs and music. You can upgrade the IFE for £5 which gives more films and the ability to stop/pause/rewind - it will all be played on a loop otherwise.

You will get meals but you will have to buy drinks unless you take on your own soft drinks which you can buy after security. Drinks are only included in the Premium cabin.

The plane will have 2 aisles, it will be a 2-4-2 seat layout if it is an ex-ThomsonFly plane or a 2-3-2 formation if an ex-First Choice Airways plane.

Thomson have a 33" seat pitch in Economy - one of the best in long haul, so you may not need extra leg room - always nice though

Thanks! I just wondered if it would be much different than a normal 4+ hour flight that Im used to! We also got the extra leg room free

Yes, it will be different, it's been a long time since I went short haul, but apparently it's very cramped now with limited entertainment and no meals.

Long haul is very different - enjoy, you must be going around the same time as me (22/09)
