I had to chat with member services twice today about making my reservations continuing.

In the chat, the cast member heavily emphasized in caps lock DO NOT type your full membership number, only the last four.

Nobody had ever said this to me so I forgot and typed out the number in a different question and he said PLEASE DO NOT type your membership number again. Im just curious as to why this is not allowed??

They usually send a secure form when they ask for a membership number. Cant say Ive ever encountered the need to tell them by chat my different membership numbers.

While I never remember being told that, I have always just done that.

Because I have three memberships, I mention when needing to do specific things.
