Yes. I heard that as long as you have a piece of mail with your name on it and a Flordia address, they will give you a FL discount for their season pass.

This must have changed becasue in September of 2002 they wouldn't honor that. I bought the anual pass with blackout dates and it worked well for the few times I went. It was even still good a year later when I was on vacation I got one last use out of it!
