Random question about booking?

Hi Everyone! We are finally coming up to our one year mark and have been in contact with DFTW. We have a consultant who knows our locations and times we want. Do they contact us on the day or do we need to email her? If we need to email her, what do we say? I just want to make sure I get this right.... I'm very excited!

My experience is that they contact you on or around the day (if it should be that your day falls on a weekend). I dropped my WC a note the week before letting her know how excited I was to hear if I had gotten the dates/times/places I wanted. She called and emailed me first thing that morning!!

She said everything looked ok thus far and she'd be in contact next month I took that as she was going to contact us but wanted to make sure b/c I don't want to miss out!!!
