On your toolbar is a wheel that says tools, click the arrow, click delete browsing history. Find where is says clear cookies, press yes. Restart your computer.

Ok I cleared my cookies and rebooted the computer so hopefully everything is back to normal

Your tool bar is at the top of your screen. Look for a wheel that has the word tools nex to it. Upper right hand corner.
