Random help needed

K well I've spent the day looking for these few things and can't find them...I also have a few questions on ironing on and care....we tried to make a first birthday onesie for our son and after one wear and wash it is cracked and almost completely gone...here's my questions if anyone can help I'd appreciate it so much!!!

1. I'm looking for either mickey mouse ears with a fireman helmet I've spent the day searching and can't find one....
2. After you do the iron on transfer how do you wash/care etc for the shirt without it ruining
3. I just tried my first design I will try and post it but I'm wondering if the "Our Disney Vacation 2008" is going to show I thought I read somewhere white doesn't print but I was thinking of doing that one on a white shirt....
4. If I have saved a disign can I change the color of the font???
